Nestled in the rolling countryside of Normandy, Château du Jonquay offers an extraordinary setting for art retreats and creative workshops. Dating from circa 1630, this magnificent 17th century estate — with its soaring rooftops and pastel shutters — provides the kind of atmospheric beauty that has drawn artists to northern France for centuries. For painters ,the luminous Norman light, ancient architecture and quiet grandeur of the estate offer an unrivalled backdrop for immersive art-making. Guests work in a distraction-free environment, drawing inspiration from the château’s gardens, the surrounding landscape and the rich cultural heritage of one of France’s most celebrated regions.
